LBDTC’s story is about our belief that dog owners train and socialize their dogs responsibly, that they enjoy activities involving their dog and that the club members participate in serving and supporting our communities.
Dogs and owners work together to bond and to learn skills ranging from basic commands to competition skills.
As an AKC sanctioned dog club, we sponsor yearly Obedience, Rally, and Agility trials each spring.
Our club’s outreach events include: Pet Food Drives, Therapy visits and presentations at various organizations and agencies, Reading to the Dogs Program at various schools, libraries and youth programs and representation at school sponsored Career Fairs and other community sponsored events.
Club social events include; annual picnic with our dogs, annual luncheon and awards program, monthly club meetings, educational guest speakers, and training clinics.
