Dogs and handlers are becoming teammates/partners. This class gives you the opportunity to have fun at the Novice level which can lead to earning a Rally Novice title (RN). In Rally Novice all exercises are performed on leash and a series of 10-15 Rally signs are incorporated in any given course.

Detailed Class Information

Rally Novice Class (CGC required)

  • Class size: maximum of 4 dogs
  • Cost: Non-member $110, Member $55 (8 sessions, once per week)
  • Date/time: Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30PM starting August 20th until October 8th
  • This class will feature Novice and Intermediate levels of training
  • Requirements:
    1. Complete the online registration and payment process including acknowledging you read and agreed to the Liability Waiver Agreement.
    2. Immunization records including Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella must be submitted via email or mail prior to your first day of class. Please note Bordetella is not a routine vaccine but is required for this class.

Roger has been a member of LBDTC for 3 years and has spent 1 year teaching Rally Novice. He competes in Obedience, Rally, Barn Hunt, and Dock Driving events. Roger has volunteered at numerous Agility and Obedience Trials and has been a member of the LBDTC’s Board for 1 year.

Important: Debit or Credit Card Payment Process:
  1. Pick your Ticket Type
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Check the box I have Read and Agree to LBDTC’s Agreement
  4. Click on Proceed to Payment – This will take you to the Pay Pal login screen where there are 2 options. Either enter your email or phone number for your existing Pay Pal account and continue through the payment process as you normally would, or if you don’t want to create a Pay Pal account, choose pay with your Debit or Credit Card.
  5. If you choose to pay with your Debit or Credit Card, you will see Check Out as Guest. Enter your email and click continue to payment.
  6. Enter your contact information and debit or credit card number. IMPORTANT – At the bottom of the information you just entered, “UNCHECK” SAVE INFO AND CREATE YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT. Pay Pal will process your payment without creating a Pay Pal account.
  7. Once your payment is processed, you are officially confirmed in your class.
