Sandy has been a member of LBDTC for over two years. She has been training dogs since she was a teenager and earned a Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) with her first dog. She is involved as a volunteer with Kodi’s Club, a local Rottweiler rescue. She and her husband transport animals from ACCT to the rescue. She also does home visits for them, as well as fostering. Sandy returned to dog training after adopting two previous fosters. Both Emma and Odie earned their CGC through LBDTC. She is now involved with training her one Rottweiler, Odie for Rally competition, where he received his Rally Novice title. Sandy also has a new collie named Braxton who also earned his CGC at LBDTC and is currently training for Rally. He recently earned his Rally Novice title as well. Sandy will be starting Braxton in Therapy Dog training in the near future.
